Somewhere In Time

You’re cherished as an angel, as you look
down on earth, at what you left behind.
We see a part of you, as a child smiles, heard
a word that sounds as if you were here.

We carry a memory of you inside, or see you in
a loved one’s eye. You’re a picture in our lives
each day. In a loving spirit, you are among us
,through a beautiful windfall, as you whisper

from the clouds of heaven. Somewhere in time
,we’ll meet again, like a gentle breeze, upon the
open sea. We will walk in a beautiful garden,
planted by God’s tender love. Walking into a rain.
