Nightmare

An illusion that surrenders my very soul so dark and deep
Theses loosing thoughts are battle from a dreaming sleep
On my tear full face there a voice within is it from the past
To be awaken it was a total nightmare of lonely shadows cast

Where the weak is forbidden in their despair never to share
There is the in between of the night light give time to stare
A sound of the cold wind of the weather a winter rain so cold
This lonesome night beckon through my heart to live so bold

To realize it was a nightmare that interlace in my own mind
A rain dropping on the window pane mix in thoughts of mine
Where is my comfort zone of messier that left me in this shape
A frighten reason of this nightmare if it end are there an escape

Some dream’ s are innocent in a night sleep to take you away
They leave me with these memories lingering around to stay
Serenity in life there dreams of tomorrow that are nightmares
With a rest full sleep in slumber land it takes me some where
