Santa's Break

Santa is a jolly man in a suit of red has a list he is checking it twice on this Christmas Eve night
He is in the holiday spirit through out this room so bright out on the lawn lies a blanket of snow in white
A beautifull tall Christmas tree decorated with lights glowing
There's pretty packages with ribbons and bows
Santa is going on his trip the children are nestle in their bed with rosey cheeks they had covered their nose
Santa's break he sit in his favorite chair and he is thinking of his long sliegh ride this year the night ahead
Upon the house top he flies until he is out of sight as he calls a merry Christmas to all there nothing to dread

Moon Tanka Poem

Silent sleepy moon
Draping mother earth in twi_light
Night watcher dreaming
The spirit of angel's adrift
Through the frosty halo mist

Tanka Challenge Poem

Cold wintery season
A northern wind whisphering snow
Cozy fire flickering
White snowy clouds painting earth
Brushing flakes on window pane

Ice Haiku

Ice land hypnolize
Glamorizing glisten trees
In crystal stillness
