Attic Treasures

Our home stood tall the upstairs was a place to pretend
Sisters acting all grown up learned to be very best friends
A happy visit we would make ourselves for things to discover
The year seems to pass playing real dress-up for us to uncover
The hidden cove over the stair we found reasons to dress up
There we had tea time in beautiful desert rose antique cups
The old victora would play along while we listen and sing
The two story house brought much love with those old things
The arch shape window was so bright in the warm summer light
With all the suitcase we daydreamed lots of wonderful sights
Once in a while I see sister as a bride with pearls of white
In the cove was a refuge when the chores were done we be quiet
Even today we think of the days that we had our future plans
Think of all those old things that went through so many hands
They give us many pleasures and treasures brings to our mind
There's a get together among our memories we go back in time

The Mystic Moon
In the splendor of the mystic moon
Of it’s lovely beauty shinning down
The old man face is so spectacular
Does he have a smile or a frown?
There is a heavenly mood through
The night to catch a falling star
To wish upon a lighted star as
It twinkle diamonds from afar
In our world of different moons
Quarter half and whole will appear
In the nightly sky so lovely through
Gods crowning glory is always near
As the earth shine over the moon struck
The shadow cast its moon beams glows
There the beauty of the lighted sky
Spread its love to the sleepy night below

~A lifetime of winkles was worth living so gracefully
as they brought beauty with age~

The Arch Of Wonder
The looks of angry dark clouds are floating high
With lightning and thunder that echos in the sky
The fall of raindrops making puddles in the dirt
Sunshine shines a time or two on Mother Earth
An arch of wonder tells a story that we know
There's a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow
The lakes reflection shows a peak of the sun
The hidden valley God's creation for everyone
The Lord's promise is His symbol of His great love
A mystery of it's beauty to glow from up above
The multi colors are a path through the twighlight
Green grass hides its nature into an enchanted sight
